Site Assessments

About
Environmental-Site-Assessments-1.jpg

ISES is highly experienced and qualified to review site conditions to determine Recognized Environmental Concerns (RECs) and find effective solutions to resolve the targeted RECs.

ISES conducts Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) to define potential and observable RECs. Our objective is to determine site conditions as thoroughly as possible within the scope of the Phase I ESA. Our Phase I ESAs conform with the scope of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Practices E 1527-21 and E 1528-14.

ISES has extensive experience in conducting Phase II assessments throughout the Midwest. In the process of performing these investigations, we confirm or deny the presence of contamination and define the degree and extent of the contamination along with the current and potential threats they pose to human health and the environment. This information is, of course, crucial to making informed, defensible decisions.

Our experienced staff of geologists, environmental professionals, and field technicians can provide the information you need to understand any environmental detriment and its current and potential impacts.
